Bogatell and El Raval Tasting

The property is situated in the village of Capçanes and served for several years as the village cooperative. In the 1990’s, the co-op began making kosher wines for the Jewish population of Barcelona, and from that exposure in the much larger city, the property began to attract a greater level of interest.
Appearance: A light honey with green hues and a brilliant and clean appearance in the glass. Aroma: Selected natural yeast used in its fermentation makes Bogatell unique. This strain develops special nuances of mature fruits and baked brioche in the aromas, as well as bringing an elegant creaminess to the mid-palate, followed by a pleasant long after taste. Flavor: Wild white flowers, mature melon, green apple and lemon skin.
