Hand-crafted using traditional methods incorporating
the latest scientific techniques. From hand- picked grapes, the wines are fermented and
aged in French oak barrels for extended periods of time. All grapes in these
limited release wines are grown on our North Fork of Long Island vineyard.

From thier well cared for vines comes this delicious, stainless steel fermented chardonnay, with savory accents of mandarines and tangerines, Ripe apples and succulent pears.
