Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Aromas of caramel, brown sugar, molasses, chocolate-mocha, vanilla, honey, candied apple, baked red apple, sweet potato, sweet agave, cinnamon, smoky, oak, and wood barrel. Flavors of caramel, toffee, molasses, chocolate, unsweetened powdered chocolate, vanilla, honey, agave, dried fruit, orange peel, floral, herbs, licorice, clove, nutmeg, baking spices, white pepper, and oak. On the finish, chocolate, baked red apple, apple pie, orange blossom honey, citrus, almond, cinnamon, cloves, spicy, black pepper, char, oak, silky, super smooth, and elegant.
