Harvested from premium vineyards throughout the winegrowing regions of California, our Cabernet Sauvignon opens with lush aromas of vanilla and oak, highlighted by hints of earth and cassis. On the palate, the wine shows forward fruit flavors of bright red raspberries that linger through to the mid-palate and are well balanced with smooth tannins on the finish. The forward fruit and spicy flavors of this wine will bring out the best in rich meat dishes such as beef stew or roasted lamb with rosemary. It would also be an excellent accompaniment to hamburgers and sausages fresh off the grill.
