Roederer Estate Brut is crisp and elegant sparkling wine with complex pear, spice and hazelnut flavors. Oak-aged wines from our estate’s reserve cellars are added to this blend, creating a multi-vintage cuvée that has great finesse and depth of flavor.

Impressive from first sip, the MV Brut, made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, with 10 to 15% reserve wine, opens in a world of buttered toasty notes, spicy pear, and hazelnut. The oak and fruit shine amidst a backdrop of refreshing acidity speckled in green apple and Meyer lemon. Elegant in style, this medium-bodied Brut has an underlying thread of razor-edged acidity and great length that should keep it fresh and rewarding over the next 8-10 years. Dosage is 10 grams per liter.

The current release of the NV Estate Brut is made up mainly of fruit from the 2015 vintage. It is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir and was made with about ten grams per liter dosage. Disgorged in October of 2018, it has a fresh, open nose with pure fruit expression: crushed apples, pears and lemon peel mingle with touches of stone, flowers and toast. The medium-bodied palate offers a lovely dichotomy of toasty fruits with uplifted citrusy, minerally accents with a finely beaded mousse, and it finishes long and ultra fresh.

Aromas of pie crust with hints of nuts and cooked apple. Some butter cookie. Medium to full body with notes of seashell, cooked apple and lemon rind. Chunky at the end. A base of 2019. A blend of 60% chardonnay and 40% pinot noir. Two years on the lees. 7.5g/L dosage. Drink or hold.

This crisp, fruity and citrus-accented wine has plenty of green apple and lemon flavors, brisk bubbles and a clean, tangy finish. A flavor of fresh-baked bread and a softer texture develop with time in the glass.

Light yellow. Pear, orange zest and smoky lees on the nose. Offers flavors of melon and fresh orchard fruits, with a honeyed nuance and a spicy overtone. Refreshingly dry and precise, with firm closing grip and lingering bitterness.
